DeBose Schumizer is the leader of one of the factions of the J.L.O, and an enemy in Parallel IV. DeBose was apprehended and sent to Jailer's Island by Orion. Although DeBose was supposed to only be serving a life sentence, he became involved with J.L.O, and when Kurt found out, he had DeBose illegally executed by carbon.
